—By Bill Hurst, The liberal Democrat, posing as a conservative, has his people putting the spin on the truth.  Just a recap of “The Restoring American Financial Stability Act of 2010”

Minnick, Voted for this horrendous government take over of the financial markets.

With his “aye” on H.R. 4173, his liberal-socialistic actions should be exposed. This will prove to Idaho First Congressional District voters as proof positive, that Minnick is not fiscally conservative. Idaho’s Congressman  was elected to the House of Representatives under the “Minnick Myth” as a fiscal Conservative, while all along Minnick has a liberal belief system on all other issues. During his first term in the House of Representatives, Minnick has voted as a fiscal Conservative on some economic related legislation, however, he supported this legislation that can only be described alone as socialistic controlling and destructive to our free enterprise system.

“Benjamin Franklin In His Own Words”. In a letter to an English bureaucrat in 1773, he states that “while it is true that parliament has the right to make laws for the Colonies, it is also true that they have the right not to make laws.”

Today we have plenty of laws and bureaucracies with too many non-productive bureaucrats. It is time that congress ended money wasting programs before they duplicate them with more money wasting programs. If the people working in these programs are actually talented, they should have no problem finding work in the private sector.

Minnick should be asked, “How does a bill that adds over $15 Billion to the deficit benefit anyone?” On top of that it provides for a 6 billion dollar pork barrel to appease extreme liberal congressional groups. The bill he supports does not make him a fiscal conservative, he has shown his true colors.→   (see related article) There is something to be said about consumer protection and legitimate disclosure, but this “Massive” mesh of regulation assures that no reasonable citizen is going to be able to understand the mortgage process.  The lack of disclosure in “Plain English” will lead to abuse, so what is being resolved? It is interesting that legislative hearings only invite the captains of industry, never the guy who is in direct contact with consumers every day. I am sure that they think financial professionals are as stupid as the consumers they endeavor to protect. When will it end?
