The estate tax (click to see detailed article) has been phased out over the last few years. This year there is no estate taxes at any rate. Next year, 2011, the estate tax will be reinstated not back to the 2009 rates but to the higher 2003 rates! Tax rates are going up for employers and the middle class. Is Minnick and his tax and spend liberal friends giving the taxpayer a break?
No way…Minnick will do what Pelosi wants. Pelosi WANTS the spending/taxing gavel!

State Rep. Raul Labrador’s campaign says incumbent Walt Minnick can’t escape the fact he voted for Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Campaign Coordinator China Gum:
“Mr. Minnick helped install Nancy Pelosi as speaker. He voted for her and it’s because he supports her. Furthermore, he supports the entire liberal leadership team in the House, which has helped bring us to the brink of financial disaster.
“So, now that he’s in trouble and he’s being held accountable for his most important vote, he wants to hedge his bets with the voters. The next thing you know, he’ll start talking about finding an alternative to Barack Obama.
“It doesn’t matter, because whoever he votes for it’s going to be a Democrat and it’s going to hand over the reins to the current chairmen in the House who left us with no budget and no new jobs.”
